Classic Robbins Wolfe bartenders poured chilled Rosé, amongst other delightful summer cocktails, at the elegant reception for the Alzheimer’s Association at a private estate in Water Mill. Inside the timeless round, sailcloth Sperry Tent we showcased our Hamptons Raw Bar with East End fishermen shucking Little Neck Clams and Blue Point Oysters to-order, while our waiters passed Mini Lobster Rolls, Vietnamese Summer Rolls with Mint and Ponzu, Pigs-in-the-Blanket, Farm Zucchini Fritters, and Truffled Grilled Cheese Sandwiches.
