Unconditional Love at the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation Gala
Ken Wolfe and Jill Rappaport stole a moment for a quick selfie on the red carpet at the 7th Annual Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation (SASF) Unconditional Love Gala, which was held at a private estate on Gin Lane in Southampton. NBC 4 New York’s Chuck Scarborough emceed the event for 240 guests, but the real stars were the several cats and puppies, seven adult and baby Chihuahuas, and a loveable bulldog mix, who were all up for adoption that evening. SASF, recently awarded the finest shelter on Long Island, provides stray pets with care, food, training and medical attention, and boasts a 94 percent “live release rate,†which puts them in the top 10 percent of the country.
